• Place of birth: Hansestadt Hamburg.
• Studied business administration at the University of Hamburg.
• Graduate in business administration.
• During my business management studies at the University of Hamburg, I worked as a freelance employee at the educational institution "Staatspolitische Gesellschaft e.V.". One of my tasks was the planning and running of weekend seminars on topics such as: Economic policy, new technologies and media as well as environmental issues.
• After completing my studies, I was employed as a research assistant at the Department of Education, Department of Human Resources, the University of the Bundeswehr Hamburg, for a research project funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgesellschaft.
• From Hamburg I moved to Munich for further education: “Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e.V."  in the area of "international projects".
• I was part of the reintegration program: “International Management Training", and was responsible for the trainee phase.

The program was aimed at foreign students who have studied in Germany to prepare them for their return to their home country and the related professional management tasks.

The 6-month trainee phase/internship gave them the opportunity to transfer their theoretical knowledge into practice.

The students came from over 60 different countries. The geographical focus was on: Africa, Indonesia, and Turkey.

We carried out the programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation, the Center for International Migration (CIM) and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Transport.

• Since 1990, I have run my own consultancy firm in the area of national and international education and training, in Augsburg.
• The main geographical focus is:

Germany, Europe/Eastern Europe, People’s Republic of China as well as Latin and South America.
